Day 43

We are still here at the Desert Edge RV Village and boy what a nice day it was. No more rain. The sun was shinning and it was about 68 degrees. It is suppose to get into the 80's tomorrow however we will be on our way to Williams, AZ where it will be a little cooler.
I would like to thank the Congress of the United States in not shutting down the government so that we could go to the Grand Canyon. Going to see the Grand Canyon is on Mom's bucket list and Dad is determined to get her there. The only thing on my bucket list is surviving this trip.
We didn't do much today just enjoyed the sunshine and not driving. We did get to see the University of Phoenix Stadium where the Arizona Cardinals play. It is the only stadium that has a retractable field. Now that is a litter box.
Tomorrow we are on the road again

  1. Congratulations on the warm and sunny weather. We are supposed to be in the 60's for the next few days. Have decided to stay in Durango until Thursday and then head for Santa Fe.
