Day Thirteen / Spring Trip 2012

We got underway this morning at 0930 and to say goodbye to colorful Colorado.
It was nice to stay put for awhile but we gotta move on.
Kansas. What can I say?
Flat brown land or flat green land. Not a lot out here on the high plains.
We are staying at the Thomas county fairgrounds in Colby, KS. We are the only travelers here. What more do I need to say. I've been keeping my eyes open for Dorothy and Toto but so far no luck.
Fuel prices are staying steady at $3.89 a gallon and that makes Dad happy.
The good thing is we haven't seen any tornados ( and that is a very good thing).
The best part about Kansas is that we got to put a new state sticker on the RLB. Woohoo!
