I should have known something was up when I saw the RLB parked in the driveway.
So today we left for Eastern Oregon on our way to Idaho.
I will try and keep Y'all up to date on our travels ( or travails) but I may not always
have internet so be patient with me. Remember I'm just a cat.
I think Dad got a little over stimulated today because he never stopped talking from the time
we hit I 84. I 84 follows the Columbia River and he pointed out every buoy in the river
and every navigation aid and every damn dam. He sure does like that river.
Mom and I finally fell asleep listening to him.We drove 255 miles and got 12.9 mpg.
So here we are in Boardman, Oregon. It's a nice RV Park right on the Columbia River.
However if they don't stop watering the grass this RLB will be a FLB (that's floating litter
box to you novices) by morning.
The weather today was nice once we got east of the Cascade Mountains. It was raining and then
suddenly the sun was shinning and it got up to 75 degrees. It is kind of windy but at least we
have sunshine.
Not really sure where we will end up tomorrow. Apparently it's on a need to know basis.
Well that's it for our first day. Now that I am over the shock of being on the road again I will
try to pay more attention to the scenery and let you know what's going on.
