"Meet me in St. Louis, Louis"
St. Louis, MO : Home of the World Champion St . Louis Cardinals, St. Louis style Pizza, the Gateway Arch, the 1904 World Fair and a bunch of other stuff.
We departed Kansas City at 0830 and arrived at Scott Air Force Base in Belleville, IL (which is just outside of St. Louis) around 1330. Pretty uneventful drive (which is a good thing), it did however get up to about 88 degrees. I am so not used to this kind of weather. Hopefully tomorrow will be cooler.
We have a busy day of exploring ahead of us.
