Day 28 and 29 / Spring Road Trip 2012

 Hard to believe but Mom and Aunt Sue went shopping again on Friday. What could they possibly have forgotten to get? But it must have been something important cause they had lots of bags and Mom was trying to find places to hide (oops, I mean put) things in the RLB. Dad says we have weight restrictions.
Not sure Mom was listening.
Another hot day in Tennga. Hit the 90's again. I've been told that this kind of unusual this time of the year.  Uncle Gordon was busy getting the swimming pool ready so maybe we will get to try it out before we have to leave.
Saturday we headed to Uncle Gordon and Aunt Sues' lake property. They are getting ready to build their new house on it. In the mean time we have to settle for the RLB and their trailer that is out there.
It was a record breaking weather day for the area. It got up to 92 degrees. Thank goodness I got to stay in the RLB with the air conditioning going.
They have lots of fish in the lake. They have Carp and Bass and even Catfish. Today we got to feed them.  We fed them dry dogfood. Sounds kind of strange that Catfish eat dogfood but they loved the stuff.
I'm not eating dogfood so Aunt Sue grilled up some ribs. Then we watched the moon come up over the mountains. It was the biggest and brightest moon of the year so it was something to see.
We'll see what tomorrow brings.
